The Department of State Services (DSS) has been ordered by the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) High Court to charge the suspended Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) Godwin Emefiele to court or release him.
Justice Hamza Muazu also ordered that either of these must be carried out within seven days.
Emefiele’s counsel, Joseph Dawodu, a Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN) said the application for bail would be processed while hoping it would be granted.
