The Senate is currently in a closed-door meeting with the nation’s security chiefs and some ministers to discuss the ongoing insecurity in the country.
The meeting, which was postponed from last week, includes top officials such as the Chief of Defence Staff, Chief of Army Staff, Chief of Air Staff, Chief of Naval Staff, Inspector General of Police, and Director General of the Department of State Services, among others.
