Governor Uba Sani has officially approved an increased minimum wage of N72,000 for civil servants in Kaduna State, effective November 2024.
This move aligns with the administration’s commitment to improving the welfare of its workforce and supporting economic stability for public sector employees.
In addition to the wage increase, Governor Sani also launched Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) buses to provide free transportation for civil servants, aimed at reducing commuting costs and easing the financial burden on workers amidst rising living expenses.
This dual initiative underscores the state government’s drive to enhance employee support and promote sustainable, environmentally friendly transport solutions.
