President Bola Tinubu on Thursday approved the appointment management teams of agencies under the Federal Ministry of Communications and Digital Economy.
Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, Chief Ajuri Ngelale announced this via a statement on Thursday in Abuja.
Under the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC), President Tinubu named Abraham Oshadami as Executive Commissioner, Technical Services; Rimini Makama, Executive Commissioner, Stakeholder Management and Opeyemi Dele-Ajayi as President/CEO of the Digital Bridge Institute.
For the Nigerian Communications Satellite (NIGCOMSAT) Limited, Abiodun Attah was appointed as its Executive Director, Technical Services; Aisha Abdullahi, Executive Director, Finance & Administration and Jaiyeola Awokoya, Executive Director, Marketing & Business Development.
In the same vein, President Tinubu appointed Ibrahim Adepoju Adeyanju as the Managing Director/CEO of the Galaxy Backbone (BB) Limited; Mohammed Sani Ibrahim, Executive Director, Finance & Corporate Services, Olusegun Olulade, Executive Director, Customer Centricity & Marketing while Olumbe Akinkugbe will serve as Executive Director, Digital Exploration & Technical Services.
“With the reconstitution of the management teams in these agencies, President Tinubu anticipates that these seasoned professionals will deliver excellent service to elevate the impact of the digital economy sector on the socio-economic development of the nation,” the statement said.
