Controversial Nigerian singer, Habeeb Okikiola, popularly known as Portable, has won his first international music award.
Portable on Sunday, emerged as the ‘Best New Artist’ at the 2023 African Entertainment Awards USA, (AEUSA).
He beat Odumodublvk, Seyi Vibez and Blaq Bones among other upcoming artistes to emerge as a winner.
Announcing the development on Monday, in a post on its official X, a renowned charts recorder, ChartsAfrica, wrote; “Congratulations #Portable on winning the Best New Artist Award at the 2023 African Entertainment Awards, USA (AEUSA).”
Expressing his excitement, Portable reposted it on his official Instagram page, thanking his fans for their unwavering dedication.
