The Court of Appeal sitting in Abuja on Thursday sacked Rep Ndudi Elumelu of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) as lawmaker representing Aniocha/Oshimili Federal Constituency of Delta State
The ruling upturned earlier judgment of the National and State House of Assembly Election Tribunal in Asaba, which affirmed as winner of the February 25 polls.
Ruling on the appeal on Thursday, the appeal court however affirmed the candidate of the Labour Party (LP), Ngozi Okolie, as the duly elected lawmaker.
