Somtochukwu Okwuoha, a Nigerian student at Dundee University, Scotland, has been sentenced to 40 months in prison for making terrorist threats against the university.
The court ruled for his deportation after serving the jail term, stating that his presence in the UK is not conducive to the public good.
Okwuoha claimed to have enlisted ISIS to help bomb the university and also threatened a chemical attack on the city.
The court described his actions as a malicious campaign, leading to his suspension from the university.
