Famous Nigerian gospel musician, Yinka Ayefele has narrated the terrible car accident that left him wheelchair-bound to his children.
In a now-viral video on the Internet, Ayefele was seen having a conversation with his triplets when one of them, asked the singer why he could not stand.
Sharing the footage on his official Instagram page, Ayefele stated that he tried hard not to be emotional.
Recounting his experience 26 years ago, the singer described the unfortunate incident as “My turning point.”
Captioning the clip, he wrote: “They always want me to stand up. Even up until last night they kept asking me why every day. I tried hard not to be emotional. Indeed, it was ‘My turning point. 12/12/1997’. To God be the Glory.”
CRUX NEWS recalls that the singer and his wife, Temitope, welcomed their set of triplets in 2019.
