The Inspector General of Police, IGP, Kayode Egbetokun, has deployed Adegoke Fayoade as the new commissioner for Lagos State Police Command.
The Force Public Relations Officer, Prince Olumuyiwa Adejobi, announced this on Tuesday in a post on his official X handle.
The post reads, “IGP deploys CP Adegoke Fayoade to Lagos Command. Lagos has a new commissioner of Police. Congrats to my boss, Adegoke.”
Fayoade is expected to take over from CP Idowu Owohunwa who was deployed to the state in February 2023.
