The ongoing Governorship election in Kogi state has kicked off on a very disturbing note as suspected officials of the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC were caught with pre-recorded result sheets even when voting is yet to commence.
YIAGA Africa, one of the accredited observers raised alarms of the proliferation of the pre-filled result sheet in PU 020, Eika/Ohizenyi, Okehi LGA of Kogi state.
The same thing was seen in PU 004, Eni Ward of Ogori/magongo local government area.
