The Nigerian Association of Resident Doctors (NARD) has announced the suspension of its warning strike, which had disrupted healthcare services across the country. The strike, initially declared to press home demands for improved working conditions, payment of salary arrears, and other welfare issues, has been called off following recent negotiations with the Federal Government.
The strike, which lasted several days, caused significant disruptions in hospitals nationwide, affecting thousands of patients who depend on public healthcare facilities.
