A Magistrate Court sitting in the Yaba, Lagos State has remanded the Marlian Record boss Azeez Fashola, a.k.a Naira Marley, and his associate Balogun Eletu, popularly known as Sam Larry, to police custody.
The Lagos State Police Command demanded that Naira Marley and the others be held in custody for 30 days while their investigation is ongoing.
However, in her ruling, Magistrate Adeola Olatunbosun, on Wednesday directed Naira Marley hand the others be remanded for just 21 days.
