The Federal Capital Territory Administration (FCTA) has given property owners in the Federal Capital City (FCC) a three-month ultimatum to either complete the development of their uncompleted buildings or commence construction on undeveloped plots. Failure to comply could result in the forfeiture of these properties.
The directive comes as part of the FCTA’s efforts to ensure the proper development and utilization of land within the capital city. The administration has expressed concern over the rising number of abandoned and underdeveloped sites, which pose security and aesthetic challenges to the city’s landscape.
