The Nigeria Labour Congress, NLC, has declared a two-day nationwide protest following the worsening economic hardship in the country.
The protest is slated for February 27 and 28.
Joe Ajaero, NLC president, made the announcement during in press conference at Labour House, in Abuja on Friday.
NLC and the Trade Union Congress, TUC had on February 9, issued a 14-day ultimatum to the Federal Government to implement agreements reached with workers to ease economic hardships confronting them and other citizens.
