The election of Abdullahi Sule of the All Progressives Congress (APC) was on Friday sustained as the Governor of Nasarawa State.
The Supreme Court panel of five members, in a judgment a moment ago, dismissed the four appeal filed by the candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Emmanuel David Ombugadu.
The Justice Kudirat Kekere-Ekun-led panel ruled that the appeal by the PDP candidate lacked merits.
Justice Kekere-Ekun, in the lead judgment, resolved all the issues identified for determination, against the PDP and Ombugadu.
The judge then proceeded to dismiss the appeal.
