The Enugu Electricity Distribution Company (EEDC) has reassured the public that it will promptly repair any electrical faults and ensure a steady power supply throughout Easter in the South-East region.
Mr. Emeka Ezeh, the EEDC’s Head of Corporate Communications, delivered this assurance in an Easter message in Enugu on Friday.
Ezeh confirmed the readiness of the company’s technical team to address any issues that may arise during this time.

Customers are also encouraged to utilize the convenient, straightforward, and secure electronic payment channel “EnergyPay” for meter recharging and bill payments during the holiday.
Additionally, for reporting faults, submitting complaints, or making inquiries, customers are urged to use the 24/7 Call Centre, email, and social media platforms available.
