In a festive gesture, Governor Francis Nwifuru of Ebonyi State has declared a Christmas bonus of ₦150,000 for every state employee, marking a significant increase from last year’s bonus.
Bonus Distribution Details
The announcement was made through a late Thursday post by the Governor’s Chief Press Secretary, Monday Uzor, on the social media platform, Facebook. According to the post, all workers in the state service are expected to receive this bonus by 1pm on Tuesday, December 17, 2024. The message from Uzor read, “Every Worker in Ebonyi State service will receive ₦150,000 as a Christmas Bonus before 1pm on Tuesday… Gov. Rt. Hon. Francis Ogbonna Nwifuru.”
Commitment to Workers’ Welfare
