Aisha Alkali Wakil, along with two others, Tahiru Saidu Daura and Prince Lawal Soyade, has been sentenced to 10 years in prison for defrauding a businessman of N40 million.
They falsely claimed to supply x-ray machines with solar energy but never delivered.
The court found them guilty of conspiracy and obtaining money under false pretenses.
They were ordered to jointly pay back the defrauded amount and sentenced to concurrent prison terms.
