A student of Federal University of Technology Owerri (FUTO) Owerri, has been reportedly killed, as others sustained injuries as rival cult groups clash in the institution.
According to reports, the chaos ensued when a group of Imo State University (IMSU) students entered the FUTO campus on motorcycles, sparking a confrontation.
Consequently, the mayhem led to the tragic demise of the FUTO Man O War commander, who was fatally stabbed in the neck by one of the IMSU students.
The death and injuries resulting from the chaos has left the university community in mourning, sadness and shock.
