The Nigerian Telecom Subscribers Association has called on the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) to approve a 10% increase in telecom tariffs.
The association’s appeal comes as telecom service providers face rising operational costs, fueled by inflation, forex challenges, and infrastructural setbacks.
This proposed adjustment is expected to help telecom companies manage the increasing cost of delivering services while maintaining quality and expanding network coverage across the country.
