The Federal Government has officially launched the Regular Migration Control Centre at the Nigerian Immigration Service (NIS) headquarters in Sauka, Abuja. The new facility is designed to monitor all international airports across Nigeria in real time, providing enhanced oversight and security for the country’s immigration processes.
This state-of-the-art control center will serve as a centralized hub, allowing the NIS to track and manage the flow of travelers, detect irregular migration activities, and ensure compliance with national immigration laws. The facility is expected to strengthen border security, streamline migration management, and support efforts against illegal migration.
