The Lagos State Police has finally given an update about the ongoing investigation into the tragic death of popular Nigerian singer, Mohbad.
CRUX NEWS reports that Mohbad, a former signee Marlian Record label owned by Naira Marley died on Tuesday September 12 in a controversial manner.
The Lagos Police Commissioner, Idowu Owohunwa, during a live press briefing on X platform on Friday, has identified the Nurse that treated the singer before his death as the principal suspect.
He noted that the auxiliary nurse was not qualified to administer injections, adding that the injections triggered other things leading to the singer’s death.
The Commissioner, however, said the result of the autopsy conducted on the deceased was still being awaited.
