Uzodinma Nwafor, the Action Alliance (AA) candidate, has emerged victorious in the recently concluded chairmanship election held on October 5 in Etche Local Government Area, Rivers State.
The announcement was made by Adolphus Enebeli, Chairman of the Rivers State Independent National Electoral Commission (RSIEC), during a briefing on Sunday in Port Harcourt.
In addition to winning the chairmanship, the Action Alliance also secured all 19 councillorship seats across Etche LGA.
