The highly-anticipated maiden tournament of the Emeka Agba Boxing Promotions occurred on Sunday at the Old School Hall in the National Stadium, Surulere, Lagos.

In another bout, Muyideen Ijalo defeated Hammed Adetokun by unanimous decision in their National Lightweight Challenge encounter.
Both fighters were making their professional debut and were grateful to the promoter for giving them a platform to showcase their talent.
Oderinlo dominated Dimeji Lawal in the third round of their six-round National Super Middleweight Challenge bout.
In another exciting fight, Yusuf Egbeyemi defeated Sunday Igiebor in the fourth round of their National Lightweight Challenge encounter.
Lucky Oyibo and Ibrahim Shobusi’s fight was stopped in the second round of their National Lightweight Challenge bout as it was halted by the ringside doctor, and the fight was adjudged to have resulted in a draw.
Henry Abolokeji also emerged victorious over Segun Afikun in their National Welterweight Challenge bout, winning by unanimous decision.
The Nigerian Boxing Board of Control sanctioned the boxing tournament, showcasing its support for the development of budding talents within the country.
