Lot Dauda, the suspected killer of Dorathy Jonathan in Afana village, Zango Kataf Local Government Area of Kaduna State has been apprehended by troops of the Nigerian Army.
The Nigerian Army while disclosing this on Thursday, said the suspect was arrested after a manhunt by troops of Operation Safe Haven (OPSH), acting on credible intelligence.
The army said the arrest was made in line with the Commander of Operation Safe Haven (OPSH), Major General AE Abubakar’s commitment to bringing all perpetrators of crime in Southern Kaduna to justice.
Jonathan was murdered on Friday, September 1, while fetching firewood in Afana village.
