In a thrilling North London derby, Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur battled to a 2-2 draw, with Bukayo Saka and Heung-Min Son standing out as the star performers.
The game began with an own goal from Cristian Romero, who inadvertently deflected Saka’s shot into his own net.
However, Spurs equalized just before halftime through Son, after a fantastic save from David Raya denied Brennan Johnson.
Early in the second half, Arsenal were awarded a controversial penalty when Romero’s handball from Ben White’s shot allowed Saka to score his second goal of the game.
Sky Sports pundit Gary Neville argued that it was the wrong decision, as Romero’s arm was low and near his body.
Nonetheless, Spurs responded immediately, with James Maddison capitalizing on Jorginho’s mistake to set up Son’s second goal.
While both teams had chances to win the game, neither was able to convert, with the match ending in a draw.
The result leaves both sides four points behind league leaders Manchester City after six games.

The Emirates Stadium was filled with deafening noise, as both teams went full throttle from the opening whistle.

However, it was Saka who broke the deadlock, cutting inside from the right flank to score a fortuitous goal off Romero’s deflection.
Arsenal continued their momentum, but Jesus missed a big chance for a second goal.
Spurs then found their rhythm towards the end of the first half, with Raya producing a wonder save to deny Johnson from Son’s cross, before denying Maddison from close-range moments later.
Nonetheless, just before halftime, Maddison beat Saka at the byline and found Son, who scored despite being surrounded by three Arsenal defenders.
The second half began with controversy, as White’s goal-bound shot from a corner hit Romero’s arm, resulting in a lengthy VAR check and a penalty for Arsenal.
Saka converted the spot-kick to restore Arsenal’s lead, but Jorginho’s mistake allowed Maddison to set up Son for his second goal.
Both sides had chances to win the game, but the match ultimately ended in a draw.
Son was named the player of the match for his two goals, but Saka was equally impressive, causing problems for the Spurs defence throughout the game.
In the end, neither team was able to claim the bragging rights in this pulsating North London derby.
