Amid rising tensions between Hezbollah and Israel, several international airlines have suspended flights to Lebanon following deadly Israeli airstrikes that claimed 558 lives, according to Lebanese authorities the country’s highest toll since the 2006 conflict.
– Emirates and its sister airline fly Dubai have temporarily halted flights to Beirut on Tuesday and Wednesday, citing safety concerns for crew and passengers.
-Qatar Airways also suspended its two daily flights to Beirut, with services expected to resume after September 25.
– Air France extended its suspension of Beirut flights until October 1 due to security concerns, though flights to Tel Aviv have resumed.
– Lufthansa suspended Beirut flights until October 26 and extended its suspension of flights to Tel Aviv and Tehran until October 14.

– EgyptAir and Jordanian airlines also suspended all flights to Beirut, with no set date for resumption. Jordan’s Civil Aviation Regulatory Commission stated flights would remain suspended until regional tensions subside.
