The UEFA Champions League last-16 draw has been announced, and the excitement is palpable.
After finishing top of their group, Manchester City will face FC Copenhagen in an away game.
On the other hand, Arsenal will make a trip to Portugal to take on Porto.
These two British sides are the only ones left standing after Manchester United, Newcastle, and Celtic exited the group stage.
Bayern Munich, the German giants, will face Lazio, while Real Madrid, the record 14-time winners, will play against RB Leipzig, a challenging opponent.
Inter Milan, last season’s runners-up, have been paired with Atletico Madrid, while Barcelona, the Spanish champions, will face a daunting assignment against Serie A winners Napoli.
Paris Saint-Germain, a formidable opponent, will play Real Sociedad, and Borussia Dortmund will face off against PSV Eindhoven.
The tournament’s quarter-finals are scheduled for April 9/10 and April 16/17, with the semi-finals scheduled for April 30/May 1 and May 7/8.
