Beau Greaves and Damon Heta will go head to head at the Mr Vegas Grand Slam of Darts on Tuesday, in a fight to the finish that will determine who will qualify for the knock-out stages.
The stakes are high, and the pressure is on, but Greaves, who is just 19 years old, is taking it all in her stride.
Having secured a 5-1 win against Ricardo Pietreczko on Sunday, Greaves became the second-youngest player in the history of the Grand Slam to win a match at the event.
However, despite her impressive victory, Greaves remains calm and collected, stating that she will be happy regardless of the outcome of her match against Heta.
In an interview with Sky Sports News on Monday, Greaves expressed her enjoyment of the game and her appreciation for the opportunity to play.
“Sometimes I forget I’m only 19 and I’ve got a lot more years to go yet,” she said.
“It’s nice, I’m lucky to do what I do, and I loved it yesterday.”
She added that nerves were not a factor for her, saying, “I’m enjoying it and I’ve got no nerves at all – what’s the point in being nervous? It’s been a good weekend so far.”

This is not Greaves’ first time playing on the big stage, as she made her debut at last year’s World Championship.
However, despite qualifying for this year’s tournament, Greaves has opted to defend her WDF Women’s World Championship crown at the Lakeside instead.
“It’s obviously not easy to qualify for both and it’s a bit of a shame, but at the end of the day I’m a ladies darts player, I support ladies’ darts, and for me, I should be there after winning it last year,” she said.
Nevertheless, Greaves’ impressive victory over Pietreczko has once again showcased her darting ability, and she is more relaxed and in control than ever before.
“When I played at Ally Pally, I was a bit nervous and over-thought it,” she said. “This week it has been so different; I’ve looked forward to it, it’s nice to play well.”
With a positive attitude and a love for the game, Greaves is sure to make her mark on the world of darts.
